Robusta is the lead line of the Moolakara manifest. Beans are hand-picked between November and February from member-farms across Mananthavady, Panamaram and Pulpally — washed, sun-dried on raised parchment beds, then hulled, graded, sorted and de-stoned on the Spectrum line. Recent parcels have moved into Italy via Volcafe and into the Netherlands via G. Bijdendijk. Arabica is being added to the line for the 2026 crop.
Piper nigrum vine-ripened on shade-trees inside the coffee gardens — the classic Wayanad two-storey planting, in which pepper climbs the canopy that protects the coffee below. Picked at the first yellow-red, dried on the farm, then de-stoned and double-sieved at the mill. Available in two principal grades: Garbled (MG1) and the larger-bore Tellicherry-extra (TGEB).

Rain-fed Zingiber officinale, lifted in November and December and slow-dried in open yards — never sulphur-bleached. The slow-curing protects the volatile-oil fraction; our recent lots consistently test above 1.8 % volatile-oil content. Available bold (un-cut) or sliced; skin-on or de-skinned.
Curcuma longa from locally-selected high-curcumin lines, traditionally boiled at the farm-yard and then sun-cured on the threshing floor. Polished or un-polished finger grade; small portion of bulb grade also available on request. Curcumin content on recent third-party lab certificates: 2.6 % – 3.1 %.
